Why the title of Sex, Soup, and Two Fisted Eating? If this blog was called Eat Less and Exercise More, would you have clicked on it? Me neither. We all know that the combination of eating less and exercising more is the basic key to weight loss. But when I hear those words, I groan, I moan, I zone, because it sounds awful. Sex, Soup, and Two Fisted Eating, on the other hand, make me smile. I perk up and my brain starts to swirl with positive thoughts like I can get healthy. I want to get healthy. I’m going to try my best!
