Rules for Eating Vegetables:

1. When you find a vegetable you love, it’s not wrong to eat it every day.

2. When you’re sick and tired of a certain vegetable, try some new ones.

3. You will eat more veggies if they taste good; it’s okay to add a little flavor (salt, fat, sugar), just keep it at a minimum.

4. If you’re going to binge, grab some veggies!
