Spaghetti noodles (optional)
1. Grate zucchini. Cook in a little olive oil on medium heat until tender.
2. Cover zucchini “noodles” with sauce and meatballs. If your family is suspicious of green foods, mix the zucchini with regular spaghetti noodles.)
