Even a little bit makes a huge difference, so go for a walk or race your kid to the mail box. Your body responds positively on a cellular level. I love it when science agrees with me 🙂

Amen to this!! I upped my mileage over Thanksgiving, for multiple reasons, and not only did I get exercise, I made healthier choices because of it!
